Wilmington Christian School is always looking to connect with individuals who are interested in joining our team. Our mission is to teach students to grow in Christian character, to excel in academic proficiency, and to foster mentoring relationships—all on the foundation of Biblical truth. If you are a faithful disciple of Jesus, have a heart for mentoring young Godly influencers, are active in a local Bible-believing church, and hold the necessary professional qualifications, we want to talk with you. In addition to position-specific qualifications, all employees at WCS must be in full agreement with WCS's Statement of Faith.
Listed below are current openings for which we are seeking candidates. If there are no openings that fit your qualifications, we would still love to hear from you. To express interest now in potential future positions, please email Mr. Doug Haas (Upper School Principal) at [email protected], or Dr. Gwen Campbell (Lower School Principal) at [email protected] and include a cover letter identifying the kind(s) of positions in which you would be interested, as well as a brief statement of personal faith and church involvement. For inquiries of this nature, we will respond when and if a suitable position opens.
If you're interested in joining our team as a faculty member, download and review the WCS Guide for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. This document outlines our expectations for faculty. (Note that if you are selected for an interview, you will be asked specific questions related to the Guide.) Click here for the Guide.
