Investing in the Future
There’s no greater investment to make than in the next generation of Godly influencers. Wilmington Christian School welcomes investments from individuals and organizations who are aligned with our unique mission as a Christian school. Tuition and fees alone are not sufficient to ensure a thriving future for Christian education in the Northern Delaware region. You are invited to join in the great joy of supporting the mission of WCS; as you do, know that you are tangibly contributing to one of God’s strategic plans to impact the culture for Christ!

Ways To Give
“Excel in this grace of giving”, wrote the Apostle Paul. There are many ways to give to the work of Wilmington Christian School. In giving, you become the instrument of this grace that God uses to further His kingdom work in the lives of our young people. As part of the community of WCS, your excelling allows us to excel . . . after all, you sow into this ministry, we water, and God gives the increase into the hearts and souls of our children. Please join us in “maintaining our excelling” through your grace in giving.
We rely on the generosity of our friends, families, alumni, grandparents, and churches, who partner with us in the belief that a Christian education at WCS is crucial, and . . . well, just right! It’s not just another option, but “the way school ought to be”. It’s not just about academics, but education that equips students to impact the culture for Christ.
Wilmington Christian School is a not-for-profit 501(c) 3 private school and as such engages in raising friends and funds in order to enhance the mission, enrich the offerings, and expand the influence to families that need tuition assistance.

Annual Fund
Our Annual Fund is the main source for giving to the work of the school. Through your donation to this fund, we are able to bring new and expanded opportunities for both teachers and students. Whether it is in academics, athletics, the arts, or advancing the facilities, the Annual Fund provides the resources to provide the best in these exciting areas of our program.
Benevolence Fund
From time to time, WCS families experience difficulties such as loss of a job, health challenges, or other family crises. The Benevolence Fund provides short-term tuition payment assistance to help families who are facing unexpected hard times.
Tuition Assistance
Wilmington Christian School is committed to making a great Christian school education accessible to as many mission appropriate families as possible. The Tuition assistance fund provides partial tuition grants that enable families with verified financial need to be a part of the WCS community. Giving to the tuition assistance fund allows WCS to attract and keep mission appropriate students who would not be otherwise able to enroll.
Student Sponsorship
Wilmington Christian School has a long-standing tradition of offering enrollment to a select number of students each year who come from families with no ability to afford a Christian school education. In such cases, the school works to find sponsors who can underwrite a portion or all of a worthy students’ tuition. Many times, such sponsorships result in authentic relationships between the sponsor(s) and the student and his or her family, further extending the positive influence that a sponsor can have in the life of a student.
